Unit Features
All units are green built.
All basements have plumbing in for a bath, large windows and 9 ft ceilings. Some basements have been finished with a bath and one or two additional bedrooms.
All units have front and back porches or decks, full kitchens and washer/dryer hookups.
All units except Uppers have a small private yard.
There are 26 garage spaces (half of a double garage), 14 carports and 15+ open parking spaces.
Ownership is condominium; an owner owns the interior space of a unit and optional garage space or carport plus 1/34th of the common areas. Homeowner assessments are from $146 to $288 per month depending upon square footage and number of adults residing. Assessments cover trash and some recycling collection, common area and landscape maintenance and utilities, external maintenance/repair of all buildings, property and liability insurance.
