The Casa Verde community is made up of thirty-four dwelling units in fifteen buildings: two four-plexes (A-Upper and A-Lower pairs), eight B/C duplexes, and five D/D duplexes. Availability changes from time to time. For more information, please see our listings for sale and for rent.

Upper A: 858 sq ft, 2 BR, 1 bath flat plus 160 sq ft loft area.

Model B: 1048 sq ft, 2 BR or 1 BR + loft, 1½ bath, two-story plus 608 sq ft basement.

Unit Features:

  • All units are green-built.
  • All basements have large windows and 9-ft ceilings. Some basements are "finished", with a bathroom and one or two additional bedrooms. Other basements are "unfinished", but still have full plumbing in place to allow building an additional bathroom.
  • All units have front and back porches or decks, full kitchens and washer/dryer hook-ups.
  • All units except Upper A's have a small private yard.
  • There are twenty-six garage spaces (half of a double garage), fourteen car-ports and more than fifteen open parking spaces.

Ownership is condominium; an owner owns the interior space of a unit and optional garage space or car-port plus an undivided 1/34th share of the common areas. Home-owner assessments are from $231 to $320 per month, depending upon square footage, and whether the unit has an associated parking space, carport or garage. Assessments cover trash and some recycling collection, common area and landscape maintenance and utilities, external maintenance/repair of all buildings, property- and liability-insurance.
